Enilchek

A small village at the most distant region of Kyrgyzstan, 2km above sea level in the mountains area near the Chinese border.

The town should have been built in 1989 and become home for more than 20000 people, personnel of a huge mining and processing plant.  It was never finished. Now it's still a home for a few families, living in their wooden houses without mobile network, shops or public transport, more than 150km away from the closest community, surrounded by soviet era ruins and stunning landscapes.
